90 min Home Consult

This Consult is conducted in the comfort of your own home. 90 minutes is allocated to ensure enough time to gain a thorough history and address any concerns that you have with breastfeeding. Included in the price is a follow-up phone call the day after the consult and a week of email communication to ensure that you have all of the follow-up support that you may need.

90 min Skype Consult

$130

This Skype consult is 90 minutes in duration to ensure enough time to gain a thorough history and address any concerns that you have with breastfeeding. Included in the price is a follow up phone call the day after consult and a week of email communication to ensure that you have all of the follow up support that you may need.

60 min Phone Consult

$75

This consult is designed for families who would rather receive some advice over the phone. One hour is allocated for this consult. You will be contacted at the time of booking by a private number, so be sure to answer your phone! Included in the price is one week of email communication to ensure that you have all of the follow-up support that you may need.

Details

Fees are payable in full at time of booking. For those who have Private health cover, rebates can be redeemed after full payment has been made. Please enquire whether lactation consultant services are covered by your private health fund as this varies depending on fund. 

If your appointment exceeds the allocated time, an additional fee of $50 per ½ hour with apply.

Cancellations

At From Little Things, we understand that life with a newborn can be very unpredictable. As such, we endeavour to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation policy. 

To reschedule an appointment, please contact From Little Things via the chat function on the website with a minimum of 2 hours’ notice before scheduled appointment time. 

For cancellations made more than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment there will be no fee.

Cancellations made within 6hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee. This money will be automatically deducted from the amount refunded to your account.

If an appointment is cancelled that has already been paid for, a 3% reversal of monies fee will apply to cover bank fees. This money will be automatically deducted from the amount refunded to your account.
